Application Logistics

• Plan for delibs/app-reading on January 30
  • Ideally read apps and take notes as they come in :'DD
• Plans for # of apps
  • <40 — at least 4 people read each app and reject any red flags, accept otherwise
  • 40-60 — at least 4 people read each app, highlight immediate yes/no
    • if unanimous yes, move forward. if 3 or 4 no, reject.
    • swap 'groups' and re-read middle apps in order of yes's, revote
  • 60+ — at least 3 people read each app, otherwise same process
